I know it’s a pain in the butt for you but I have now moved away from my WordPress hosted blog to jonaswoost.com. I tested the whole WordPress platform enough over the last few months and I’m pretty happy with it (mainly because it’s simple) but I wanted to host it on my own site so I’m a bit more flexible in regards to what I can do with it.
